This is the finished piece of an artwork I've been working on for quite some time...the lineart is pretty shabby and not very smooth or as good as usual - but I like the effects on the background using digital art.
I like the graffiti effect - even though it's just their names, but it looks quite passable as the real thing somehow. Yui's face looks weird. The guns look weird. The spray cans look very weird - they were a last minute addition - with a very shaky mouse. Forgive, forgive. I'm not too good with the lighting effect on the clothes either....somehow I still can't quite get the hang of digital art... You can see the original (uncoloured) lineart work in my scraps section. Well, not bad for a second attempt at digital colouring??  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
